problem in creating part in FDM 3 Years, 2 Months ago  
I created a part in fdm. But i find lot of difficulties in that,

1. when i create a part, the layers in the part gets merged with the subsequent layers. So the part doesnt look good.

2. I am not able to remove the support materials from the part. Its very difficult to remove it.

Can anybody answer my question why it happens.
