when building the support material gets messy. because the starting path gets so pointy-pointy. what is seems to be a problem? please anyone help me...

Wow, that is pretty messy. I have never operated FDM, but lots of SLA (which is what this looks like). In SLA it would be the laser power, too low or high. So I would say it is the temperature of material or chamber. FDM parts should not look like that, unless it is designed to look that way. Not much help, but hopefully a beginning. When you figure it out please reply to your post so we all can know.

Hi.

I think that this forum is very weak for information interchange
I suggest to invite more RP specialist here .

any how for your problem I think there should be 2 reason:

1) The expire date of your support material
the sup. material may be expires or it is more than one mount in the printer.in this case it will not function well

2) you may not use a suitable support material fill pattern I mean the options "minimal,basic ,sparse and surround "

the 2nd one will not be affected to all areas . for example I don't think it may affect the base , but the 1st reason could affect.
