Hello all,
I work with a company that has been laying off a lot of folks, and it just so happens that the only person we had that knew how to use our Stratasys FDM 3000 prototype machine got laid off. We are about to move to a new location, and I've feared that our prototype machine might get sold, or discarded before or during our move, so I went to my boss and said I'd like to learn how to use the machine because I think it is a valuable tool when someone can run it.
I'm saying all this as my introduction to the forum and I want to forewarn that I might end up getting on the forum and asking some stupid questions. Please bear with me while I read and study the manual and try to figure this thing out. The manual has a tutorial, but I may still have to contact some of you knowledgeable folks to help me out from time to time.
